You agree that you will NOT use CovertQuote phone numbers, email addresses, or messaging features for any of the following: • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or marketing blasts unrelated to a specific project or quote request • Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent messages • Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications • Content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable • Unrelated promotional messages or advertising • Messages that violate carrier policies, Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy, or 2amNexus LLC policies • Opt-out abuse or any attempt to circumvent messaging opt-out mechanisms

2amNexus LLC may suspend, restrict, or permanently disable messaging features for accounts where misuse is detected, including but not limited to: user complaints, carrier filtering events, opt-out abuse, fraud risk, unlawful activity, or any violation of applicable compliance requirements. 5. SMS / MMS Opt-Out

Users of CovertQuote may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements.
